    1. Prices quoted on the website are applicable for the standard installation only. The prices should assume that:
      • Your premises are a single storey with pitched roof and the meter box should be up to date in a region within 50km of Office
      • Your premises have a clear, unhindered vehicle access for our installers and have a suitable location for the inverter;
      • Your premises meets the eligibility criteria to receive Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs);
      • You assign all eligible STCs from your system to Suncliff Solar Technologies;
      • You do not require finance at this moment
    2. Extra charges will be applicable for flat roof or multi storey property. The customer will be informed prior to installation, and the customer needs to approve this price adjustment in any possible way.
    3. Suncliff Solar Technologies reserves the right to adjust the price of the Solar PV system accordingly if the STC price drops greater than 10%. The customer will be notified and the customer needs to agree prior to installation; in writing.
    4. A minimum deposit of 10% is payable when ordering your solar system.
    5. You must grant permission to Suncliff Solar Technologies and its employees, agents and contractors to enter, at any time, any premises where any goods supplied by Suncliff Solar Technologies are to be installed and commissioned, and for the purpose of pre-inspecting the premises prior to any installation of goods.
    6. Full payment is due prior to or on the day of installation. Paperwork will not be released to your energy retailer until Suncliff Solar Technologies has received a complete payment.
    7. All goods remain Suncliff Solar Technologies’ property until the purchase price is paid in full. You will be the custodian of the goods until you pay the full purchase price. During this period:
      • You must keep the goods during your possession with a good condition
      • The goods must be kept in good condition with no damages.
      • Suncliff Solar Technologies must be informed of the relocation of the goods.
      • If you sell any of the goods while they remain the property of Suncliff Solar Technologies, the proceeds from the sale are owed to Suncliff Solar Technologies and must be paid to Suncliff Solar Technologies immediately.
      • You will be given a 48 hours’ notice by Suncliff Solar Technologies for the return of the goods. If you do not return the goods within 48 hours, you must grant permission to Suncliff Solar Technologies to enter your premises and to take possession of the goods.
    8. After sales installation support is only available to customers who have purchased a solar system from Suncliff Solar Technologies.
    9. Suncliff Solar Technologies will not be held liable for any damages to the goods caused by fire, flood, storms, willful damage or other accidents.
    10. Suncliff Solar Technologies does not guarantee the daily energy production of the solar system. Solar production output varies depending on the weather conditions, direction of roof, shades and other factors.
    11. Customers are responsible to obtain all the necessary permits and permissions to have solar installed on the premises which includes but not limited to Council Building approvals and Permits, Strata Title Permission and Landlords Permission.
    12. Suncliff Solar Technologies does not guarantee a date of installation. Installation may depend on different weather conditions, availability of product, obtaining appropriate approvals and other undetermined factors.
    13. Some other conditions may apply. Please refer to the back of your contract.
    14. We can, at any time, change the contents of this website without giving any prior written notice.
    15. Cancellation of any order after the cooling off period of 10 days will result in the loss of the deposit paid, unless the installation is cancelled by Suncliff Solar Technologies due to technical difficulties or unavailability of stock.
    16. All Products Annual return calculated based on 0.25 cents /kWh and all product production also depending on location of the panels and daytime power consumptions
    17. Special Offers and Packages are only available to new customer, regional price may vary depending on distance and distributor approval
    18. All Special Offers and Packages are available only with the products provided by Suncliff Solar Technologies and for limited time only. If the customer wants other product, he may be charged more than offer prices, Special Offers and Packages may not be combined with other specials offers or discounts.
    19. To get special offer and discounted price customer must need to pay deposit before offer ends.
    20. All offer and package prices on website only available with standard product, customer need to pay extra for premium brand products.
    21. All special offer and discounted packages only available to property which is single storey, tin roof with standard roof slope and meter box attached to property.
    22. All packages, special offers and quoted prices are subject to change without notice should the value of STCs change.
